Possessive adjectives

            My       your    his       her      its        our      their

 

1. We use possessive adjectives to talk about relationships.

    Example : That is my car.

2. When we talk about possession/ ownership.

    Example :Ben is my brother. Have you met my mother?

3. When you talk about a part of the body.

    Example : I broke my toe.

4. When you talk about clothes.

    Example : Have you seen her new jeans?

5. When you talk about individual actions.

    Example : Stop clapping your hands.
